Books are brain candy and the best kind of treat. Come to the library from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. dressed in your Halloween costume and get a free book. Children 0-12 will receive one free book each while supplies last. This event is part of the Downtown Mt. Vernon Development Corporation Downtown Trick or Treat.
