Join us at the Southern Illinois Manufacturing Academy for a sweet, hands-on experience where manufacturing meets culinary creativity! Step behind the scenes to see how chocolate is made, explore equipment, and learn about quality control. This unique camp is perfect for young chocolatiers and future manufacturers who want to explore the magic behind chocolate production.
These free, one-day camps in June are designed to introduce junior high and high school students to their career interests and the programs they would train in at RLC. Transportation is available. Students entering grades 7-12 are eligible.
